Fort Wayne Welding Service

Mobile Welding Service in Fort Wayne, Indiana

We bring a generator-powered stick and flux-core rig to your home, shop, or job site across Fort Wayne and Allen County and weld the steel where it sits. No shop queue, no hauling, no loading — just the repair done right where the metal broke.

Most of what we weld is carbon steel — the material stick and flux-core are built for, and what most gates, railings, trailers, and equipment are made of. If your job needs a process we don't run — aluminum, stainless, thin TIG work — we'll tell you straight and refer you rather than take a job that won't hold.

Why Mobile

The thing that's broken usually can't come to us. A gate on its posts, a railing bolted to steps, a fence line, a trailer with a cracked tongue — none of it loads onto a truck without being cut out or towed, and towing a cracked tongue is the failure the repair is supposed to prevent. Mobile welding skips all of that. We bring the rig, weld the steel where it sits, and leave.

There's also the time. Loading, hauling, waiting on a shop queue, and hauling back eats most of a day for a repair that takes an hour on-site, and a shop minimum can cost more than a small repair is worth. Mobile skips all of it. For the full case, read welding shop vs. mobile welder in Fort Wayne.

We don't weld aluminum or stainless, we don't do structural steel on a home's framing, and we won't weld over rusted-through metal. The won't-do list is short and we say it up front so you don't waste a call.

How Quoting Works

  1. 1. Send a photo or a description of what's broken and where.
  2. 2. We quote it in writing — the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
  3. 3. We come to you and weld it. Most jobs are scheduled within the same week; flag urgent jobs in the How Soon field and we'll triage.

The rig runs on a generator, so we don't need your power or water — a clear spot to park near the work and a little clearance is usually all we ask. See our Fort Wayne steel repair guide and the full services page.
